Fans think they spotted Manchester United captain Harry Maguire telling David de Gea to "shut up" during a tense exchange in the 3-0 Europa League quarter-final second leg humiliation at the hands of Sevilla.
Both Maguire and De Gea had disastrous displays Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan Stadium, where six-time Europa League winners won courtesy of a brace from Youssef En-Nesyri and header from Loic Balde.
The first goal was an absolute gift as De Gea passed the ball out to Maguire, who dallied on the ball and was immediately put under pressure.

Erik Lamela forced the error and then the ball ended up with En-Nesyri, who finished with aplomb to put Sevilla ahead on the night and on aggregate.
Both were deemed to be culpable for the opener and a separate clip from the first half showed a heated disagreement between the pair.
De Gea was spotted screaming at the defender, who responded with a talking. It could have been that Maguire was asking for more communication, something which he reportedly felt contributed to his early struggles at Old Trafford.

A number of eagle-eyed viewers reckon Maguire was telling his goalkeeper to shush, though others felt it wasn't the case.
One wrote: "The most worrying part about Harry Maguire is not only is he a terrible football, it appears that he just might be a s****y guy character-wise. Who else noticed how he told De Gea to shut up right after the first goal?
A second said: "WTF are you both doing.....get ego packed and leave then."

A third weighed in: "Get both of them out of my club please."
A fourth disagreed and wrote: "Pretty sure that’s a ‘you need to communicate’ gesture."
A fifth had the same opinion, commenting: "He told him to communicate more."
De Gea would then drop an absolute clanger in the second half, getting his clearance horribly wrong and giving it straight to En-Nesyri, who completed his brace of easy goals.
Mistakes like that could potentially prevent United from extending his stay with the club. United will need to bounce back on Sunday, when they play Brighton in a huge FA Cup semi-final at Wembley.

They could well be without Anthony Martial, who looked like he might have picked up an injury in a collision with Maguire for the second Sevilla goal.
