But the derby got off to a lively start before a ball was even kicked as Calhanoglu and Hernandez clashed in the pre-match handshake.
The Turkish international completely blanked the Frenchman, who appeared to slap his ex-club colleague's head as he walked past.

Calhanoglu and Hernandez were teammates at Milan for two years.
But it seems they don't see eye-to-eye nowadays.
The feud between Calhanoglu and Hernandez appears to stem from the Milan defender encouraging chants during their Scudetto parade last season.
