Spain star Gavi has caught the eye for his impressive performances during the World Cup - but also for his unusual football boots habit.
The Barcelona midfielder has started all three of Spain's games so far in his first World Cup - and made a huge impression.
But if you look closer when the pint-sized youngster is dribbling with the ball, you'll see that he plays with his laces untied.

He's done it every since he broke into the Barcelona first-team and has continued to strut his stuff with his laces flapping around for La Roja.
According to a journalist, it's because the 18-year-old genuinely doesn't know how to tie his laces and he regularly gets teased for it. But it doesn't end there.
As Futbol Emotion & Footy Headlines have noticed, Gavi has also been playing with two different types of boot.

He sports the Nike Phantom GT 2 - with the right boot having an artificial grass outsole which is known as AG-Pro.
However, on the left cleat he has opted for a firm ground grass outsole FG. The studs are completely different and more suited to different surfaces.
There is no known reason for why Gavi has two different outsoles and it sounds like a nightmare for the Spain and Barca kitmen. Also, imagine how good he could be if he just tied his laces up. Frightening.

However, Footy Headlines suggests that his odd boot routine could be down to him wanting extra agility with his stronger right foot - where he has the artificial outsole.
Either way, it's not doing him any harm at all during this tournament.
Gavi became the youngest goalscorer in World Cup history since Pele with his strike in the 7-0 thrashing of Costa Rica on matchday one.

And he appears to have attracted the interest of Princess Leonor, the eldest daughter of King Felipe VI of Spain, as she is reported to have a crush on him.
King Felipe VI met Spain's squad in Qatar during the tournament and is said to have received a signed shirt from Gavi.
Reacting to the rumours, midfielder Koke told COPE.: "He’s a spectacular guy, we’ve asked him if he’s going to invite us to a barbecue with the King. Can you imagine Gavi giving the Christmas speech?"
He'd have to tie his laces up for that, surely?
