Former England and Chelsea defender Gary Cahill has gone viral on social media for his hilarious antics at his child's sports day.
The 36-year-old has won two Premier League titles, two FA cups, two Europa Leagues and one Champions League, as well as being capped 61 times by England.
But his greatest sporting achievement has to be winning the sack race against other parents this week. Cahill took to Twitter to share a brilliant clip of him winning gold at the event, which requires the highest level of mental, technical and physical prowess.

Cahill, with a green sack, started off strongly with some superb forward hops and took the lead. But then another parent was on his tail and the ex Aston Villa and Bolton man needed to be on his best form to get over the line.
Just as it looked like a photo finish might be required, Cahill flopped over the finish line in spectacular fashion to take the victory.
Captioning the clip on Twitter, he wrote: "I just wanted it more!".
It was absolutely elite mentality from Cahill, who luckily avoided any embarrassment on par with a mum who face-planted the turf and accidentally flashed her backside to everyone at her daughter's sports day.

Cahill spent last season at AFC Bournemouth, playing 22 times and helping the Cherries return to the Premier League .
