EA FC 25 fans have found 'hidden gem' formation that is an actual cheat code

EA FC Ultimate Team fans on social media believe they may have found a hidden gem formation in the game that has made winning matches easy.

Since the official launch of EA FC 25 nearly three weeks ago, fans of the game have been eager to discover the best players, formations and tactics in the popular Ultimate Team game mode.

Several player cards have emerged since the launch as perhaps some of the best in the game, while some fans have discovered bizarre glitches that allowed them to break the rules and control the opposition's players.

And now, some fans of the game on social media think they might have discovered a 'hidden gem' that is helping them win more matches than before.

On reddit, one fan pointed out that they believe the 4-1-3-2 formation to be under appreciated in the game and praised it for allowing them to have a wealth of options when attacking.

Posting on the EASportsFC sub reddit, the fan wrote: "The 4132 is a hidden gem. Seriously try it out with both LM and RM on Winger instead of Inside Forward.

"You will have so much space and attack with 5 players. Would also recommend putting the full backs on Falseback. When you attack your team looks like a 2314."

Agreeing with the fan, another commented: "In Div 2 and it’s been great! You just absolutely cannot lose the ball in midfield lol."

While one added: "This was my formation last year. It's been a gem for the past 3. Something about the space it creates in the middle of the field."

However, not all fans of the game mode agreed with the suggestion, pointing out that committing so many players to an attack leaves your side vulnerable to counter attacks from wide positions.

One fan wrote: "The problem with false backs is they leave so much space behind for the opposition wingers to exploit."

While another suggested a slight change to the original post to deal with this issue, writing: "If you put one fullback on defend, he joins the backline (cb) in offence. I find that having a rest defence of 3 players gives a bit more safety, so it becomes 325."
