Tottenham will be trialling the introduction of a drummer in an attempt to improve their home matchday atmosphere.
Spurs moved in to the 62,850-capacity Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in 2019 - the third-largest football stadium in England.
One of the main features of their old home, White Hart Lane, was the atmosphere it produced on matchdays, with that on full show during Spurs' final season there under Mauricio Pochettino.

There have been criticisms that the new stadium has not quite lived up to those previous successes, and Spurs executives have met with supporters' groups in an attempt to address their concerns.
In an email sent to fans, Tottenham have now listed the recommendations that they will attempt to implement during the 2023/24 season - including a drummer.

Several clubs in England have an 'atmosphere section' - a specific part of the ground used by fans who want to create as much atmosphere as possible at home games.
Spurs have confirmed they are going down this route themselves, creating a section where 50 'like-minded' fans can stand in.
And a drummer will also be trialled, as part of a fan survey recently conducted.
An official club email to supporters reads: "The survey found that 64 per cent of supporters in the South Stand felt that a drummer could help improve matchday atmosphere - something that worked well in the past at White Hart Lane.

"Feedback was that a drummer could prompt and maintain a rhythm for singing throughout the stadium, allowing new songs to be more easily adopted.

"As part of our work with the Return of the Shelf to relocate 50 like-minded fans who are particularly focused on creating atmosphere to Block 324, we will be trialling a drummer within that group of supporters."
Spurs have stressed that the drum will be used 'intermittently' to 'prompt Spurs songs and chants', rather than consistently throughout each match.
Ange Postecoglou's side will hope the drummer and improvement in atmosphere will have a positive impact on performances and results at home next season.
