In a situation that could only happen to Spurs, Tottenham have finished top of the Under 21 Premier League and yet they haven't been crowned champions.
Spurs' last official trophy win was in 2008 when they won the League Cup against Chelsea.
Their last league title triumph was in 1961, though their reserve side have technically won the Under 21 top division.
Wayne Burnett's side have racked up 46 points from 20 games, winning 14 and losing just two.

Ordinarily they would have lifted the U21 Premier League trophy but unfortunately for Spurs, this is the first season where a completely different format has been introduced.
As highlighted by YouTuber and Spurs podcaster Chris Cowlin, Premier League 2 is now without promotion or relegation.
26 sides are placed in the same division as opposed to two leagues last term, with each team playing 20 matches.

Remarkably, the title will be decided through play-offs where the highest-ranked 16 teams will compete.
As the highest seed, Spurs will take on 16th placed Aston Villa in the round of 16 clash.
All play-off ties are one-legged and the team ranked highest in the league have the luxury of playing at home.
The final will take place between 24 and 27 May, with the winner lifting the trophy which Manchester City claimed last season.

The top 12 teams in the Premier League 2 have also secured qualification for the Premier League International Cup, where they will take on other leading sides in Europe.
But fans can't help but find it typical that Spurs have won the league but are not guaranteed a trophy.
One commented: "Literally the most Spurs thing ever to have a rule change deny us winning the league."

A second said: "The team that finishes last can win the championship which is a system that could punish the superior and reward the inferior team."
A third joked: "Typical, we win a league but at the same time we don't win it! Only Spurs can do this."
Another added: "Won’t be surprised if we get eliminated in the first round lmao."
A fifth tweeted: "Even when Spurs win something, they don’t win something (or at least not necessarily)."
