Tottenham forward Son Heung-Min suffered a dislocated finger in bizarre fashion while on international duty, according to reports.
The South Korea international represented his country at the recent Asia Cup.
They were surprisingly knocked out in the semi-finals, suffering a shock 2-0 defeat to eventual runners-up Jordan.

Son is now back with Spurs, and came off the bench to set up Brennan Johnson's late winner in a dramatic 2-1 win over Brighton on Saturday.
He made that appearance off the bench just days after returning from international duty.
And while international duty didn't end as planned for the forward, he reportedly didn't emerge completely unscathed either following a bizarre incident.
That's according to The Sun, who claim that tempers flared among several South Korea players before their semi-final defeat to Jordan.

It is added that, while Son was not involved, he was not happy that players were leaving their evening meal early to go and play table tennis, and took issue with one of his team-mates.
A source reportedly told The Sun that 'a few disrespectful things' were said towards the Tottenham star, who then 'badly injured his finger trying to calm everyone down' when a row broke out between several other players.
Son was seen with the second and middle fingers of his right hand taped during the 2-0 Asia Cup defeat, and again during the 2-1 win over Brighton at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
But the injury clearly hasn't impacted his ability to play at the highest level, and he will be hoping to help Ange Postecoglou's side to at least secure Champions League qualification for next season.

Speaking about Son after the Brighton victory, Postecoglou said: "I think he's a world-class player.
"You look at his record in the Premier League, the toughest league in the world, his goal contributions, irrespective of how the team's gone through the time he's been here, have always been right up there."
