Sky Sports Paul Gilmour reporter has revealed what he's heard about Tottenham's buy-back clause for Harry Kane.
On Tuesday, Spurs chairman Daniel Levy confirmed that the north London side inserted a buy-back clause into Kane's contract upon leaving Tottenham this summer.
Speaking during a fan forum, he simply said: “There is a buy-back clause," refusing to provide any further detail on the situation.

Gilmour has since given more detail on the clause, revealing it is similar to the one included in Gareth Bale's Real Madrid contract over a decade ago.
"Tottenham have the first option on re-signing Harry Kane if he ever does come back to the Premier League," Gilmour confirmed (quotes via Football Daily).
"It was something similar they had in the Gareth Bale deal many years ago. What it means is if another English club does come in with a bid for Kane at any point during his Bayern Munich career and Bayern accept that bid, Tottenham would be given first refusal to match that offer, and therefore it would be up to Kane.

"We are in the early stages of Kane's career at Bayern Munich and he has given every indication that he will see out that contract of three years."
The 30-year-old is currently preparing for Bayern's heavyweight clash against Premier League giants Manchester United, who were also keen to sign the striker this summer.
Speaking in a press conference ahead of the game, Kane heaped praise on his old club, stating: "I’ll keep an eye on Tottenham for the rest of my life.
"I’m really happy to see the team playing the way they are and to see the fans happy is a great thing. They’ve got a massive game coming up [Arsenal on Sunday] so, for sure, I’ll see how they get on over the course of the season."
