Tottenham's Eric Dier could be set to follow Harry Kane out of the exit door this summer following some odd activity on his Instagram account.
Fans can be guilty of reading too much into minute details on social media during the transfer window, but it has been spotted that the England international has no mention of Tottenham in his Instagram bio.
In addition to this, the defender was not following the club on Instagram or Twitter, as following their team is normal for most Premier League players.
It is not clear if Dier had ever been following the club on social media platforms, but soon after this news went viral, Dier started following his club on Instagram.

Spurs fans were left surprised at this revelation, as it was expected that he would be one of the candidiates for the then-vacant captaincy at the club following Harry Kane's high-profile move to Bayern Munich, and with Dier captaining the side a few times in pre-season.
Hugo Lloris had been captain at the club since 2015, but the veteran goalkeeper is in talks with Lazio over a potential move.
That transfer would leave Dier as Spurs' longest-serving player, signing for the North London outfit from Sporting Lisbon in 2014, accumulating 361 appearances in all competitions.
Since that social media episode though, Tottenham's new captain has been offically revealed as none other than Heung-Min Son.

Ange Postecoglou has not been secretive about his desire to revamp the Spurs defence, with Japhet Tanganga and Davinson Sanchez already put up for sale.
The Australian has also brought in Micky van de Ven from Wolfsburg for £34.5 million, with Tottenham set to have a new look back-line for the 2023/24 season.
The Spurs boss has admitted that his squad is too bloated and hinted that some of his players could be on his way out.

“It's fair to say our squad is too big at the moment," Postecoglou said.
"There are guys who will want to explore opportunities elsewhere. I'm not involved in that. I think we'll see some movement out in the coming weeks.”
Dier is one of the last remaining key players from the Pochettino era, with the likes of Dele Alli, Harry Winks and Harry Kane already moving on, the defender could very well be next.
