Footage of Ange Postecoglou commenting on VAR during his days as Celtic manager has resurfaced following Tottenham's defeat to Chelsea.
VAR took centre stage at the London Stadium during one of the most chaotic matches in recent Premier League history.
Heung-min Son had a goal chalked off for the narrowest of offsides, before VAR ruled that Cristian Romero should be sent off for a reckless challenge on Enzo Fernandez in the penalty area.

Speaking after the game, Postecoglou was quizzed on some of the decisions that went against his team, but refused to criticise the officials' decisions, instead suggesting that they deserve more "respect".
His comments were in stark contrast to those Mikel Arteta made on the weekend, when he branded Premier League officiating a "disgrace" during a heated three-minute rant after Arsenal's 1-0 defeat to Newcastle.
Footage of Postecoglou criticising VAR while still on charge of Celtic has now emerged on social media, with fans labelling the Australian a hypocrite for his comments.

Speaking about a particular decision after a 2-2 draw with Rangers last season, Postecoglou told reporters: "It's really confusing for players in the box to know what they can or can't do because there's been zero consistency in the decisions being made.
"Over the course of a season these things usually even themselves out, but with the introduction of VAR and the decisions have gone against us in particular, there is zero chance that that is going to even out between now and the end of the year. It is remarkable that we've had at least three major decisions go against us.
