Unsurprisingly Manchester City's Kevin De Bruyne has taken the title as 'most decisive' attacking midfielder of the 21st century.
The Belgian has racked up 169 career goals and 283 assists throughout his career which has seen him go from a Chelsea flop to arguably the best Premier League player of all time.

De Bruyne's journey started in the Premier League after signing with Jose Mourinho's Chelsea in 2012, but the playmaker quickly moved on to Wolfsburg in 2014 after a loan spell with Werder Bremen.
The midfielder's time in Germany reignited the hype surrounding him and earned himself a big-money move to Manchester City in 2015.
After bouncing around clubs for a number of seasons, Manchester has proven to be a much more stable environment for De Bruyne who has been the first name on the team sheet for City ever since.

De Bruyne has won five Premier League titles and won PFA Player of the Year twice during his time with City amongst other various team and individual awards.
He was a vital cog for Pep Guardiola in last seasons treble win and doesn't look like slowing down.
After suffering a hamstring injury in the 2023 Champions League final, the Belgian has battled fitness issues but returned to the side in emphatic fashion, single handedly earning City three points at St James' Park with a goal and assist off the bench.
