Stuart Broad left fans impressed after appearing on Sky Soccer Special to provide punditry for Nottingham Forest vs. Burnley.
Broad retired from cricket after this summer's thrilling Ashes series as he called time on his legendary career.
Since walking away from the sport, the 37-year-old has appeared on Sky Sports for pundit and commentary gigs, recently working on The Hundred.

But last night he gave football a go as he was on punditry duty for Forest's EFL Cup clash against Burnley.
He was in the studio alongside former footballers Paul Merson, Jobi McAnuff, Alan Pardew and Kris Boyd - and didn't look out of place.
Naturally, given he's an avid Forest fan, he watched his team and performed brilliantly on Sky Soccer Special.

Unfortunately for the former fast bowler, his side lost to Burnley. But he saw the funny side as he hilariously congratulated his former strike partner James Anderson on the victory.
Broad's showing on Sky Soccer Special sent social media wild as people made their feelings known.
One X user wrote: "Stuart Broad is genuinely the best pundit they’ve got on Soccer Special tonight, he’s actually been class."
A second added: "Stuart Broad - a cricketer - is proving to be a far better football pundit than most regulars."
A third said: "I'm calling it now Stuart broad will be a better football pundit than most of the other shower on Sky."

A fourth commented: "Stuart Broad is a decent football pundit here. Done a decent job updating on Nottingham Forest v BFC tonight. For a forest fan, he’s also seemingly not been that biased either. Impressed."
A fifth chimed in: "Was mad to see him on there at first but Stuart Broad on his debut as a pundit was the best pundit on the show tonight."
