Roy Keane left The Overlap panel in stitches with his most outrageous comment yet to Jill Scott in their latest episode of the podcast.

Keane and Scott joined Gary Neville, Paul Scholes and Ian Wright for the latest episode of The Overlap - brought to you by Sky Bet.

During the episode, Scott revealed she played in a charity game with former Premier League forward Marlon Harewood, who enjoyed spells at West Ham United, Aston Villa and Newcastle United.

But her story was overshadowed by Keane's priceless comment that stunned the whole panel.

She said: "I was playing in a charity game at the weekend and Marlon Harewood absolutely smashed us... he's big."

Keane ruthlessly replied: "And what was the game like?"

Manchester United legends Neville and Scholes burst out laughing while ex-Arsenal man Wright immediately commented, saying: "Roy, you can't say that."

To her credit, Scott saw the funny side of the joke and laughed it off with the trio.

"Please keep that in," she said.

Scholes added: "That's a step too far."

Trying to salvage the situation, Keane continued: "What was the score I mean in the game?"

Neville then spat his drink out after Wright's comment: "It's such a powerful image... I can't unsee it."

Scott jokingly concluded: "I think this is our last show... thanks for tuning in."
