Portugal forward Goncalo Ramos was taken out by a security guard in the aftermath of their 3-0 win over Turkey as a number of pitch invaders sparked security concerns.
Roberto Martinez's booked their spot in the Euro 2024 last 16 on Saturday afternoon thanks to goals from Bernardo Silva, Samet Akaydin [OG] and Bruno Fernandes.
It was a relatively-straightforward victory for one of the tournament favourites, but concerns over security inside the BVB Stadion Dortmund will naturally dominate headlines.

In total, the game was halted four times by supporters running onto the pitch for selfies with Cristiano Ronaldo, meaning German referee Felix Zwayer had to delay the match until their removal.
It didn't stop there, either. After the full-time whistle, an incident involving Portugal's Goncalo Ramos summed up the chaos inside Borussia Dortmund's 80,000-capacity stadium.
As you can see from the footage above, the security accidentally smashed into Ramos, who winced in pain as a shocked Bernardo Silva watched on.

An automatic disciplinary investigation into security inside the stadium will be triggered by UEFA.
With the stadium likely to host the latter stages of this summer's tournament in Germany, here's how fans on social media reacted to the scenes, both during and after the game.
One said: "The pitch invaders could have done way worse things than taking a selfie," while another wrote: "What if Ramos is injured because of this? It’s honestly ridiculous."
A third commented: "Five or six pitch invaders across 20 mins in the Turkey vs Portugal game, how on earth is that being allowed to happen? Shocking security that."

A fourth added: "FOUR different fan pitch invasions during this Portugal match is ridiculous. Embarrassing from the 'security'."
