Former Chelsea and Reading midfielder Steve Sidwell was forced to do an X-rated forfeit after losing a football prediction contest to Peter Crouch and Chris Stark.
Ex-England and Liverpool star Crouch, radio host Stark and Sidwell are co-hosts on the 'That Peter Crouch Podcast'.
Sidwell lost the prediction contest, meaning he would be subject to a forfeit specifically chosen by the podcast's sponsor, Paddy Power.

The last forfeit saw Stark become the PDC's first male dancer for a day during the World Darts Championship.
The forfeit was announced on an episode of the podcast, with Sidwell sent to the Dulwich Art Group - where he was forced to pose as a life model for over an hour.
And in an even worse turn of events for Sidwell, he had to do so in front of a room of complete strangers, with the room given 90 minutes to draw their portrait of the derobed former Fulham star.
As you can see from the photo below, it took Crouch and Stark some time to recover their composure after seeing Sidwell for the first time during his forfeit.

Even Stark and Crouch had a go at drawing his podcast co-host, who was draped in an England flag for the forfeit.
You can watch the full clip of the forfeit below - including Sidwell's reactions to seeing the finished products.
Paddy Power spokesperson, Rachael Kane, said: "Our mischief makers had a hard time topping Chris Stark's history-making moment when we challenged him in the first forfeit to be a PDC Dancer at the Paddy Power World Darts Championship in the Ally Pally, but we always believed Sidwell was a masterpiece in the making.

"It took Crouch and Stark a full ten minutes to regain their composure when he disrobed, but he made life modelling look like a piece of cake, which is more than we can say for his colleague's dodgy sketching skills."
