The Turkish media have had their say about new Besiktas manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer after his first match in chargé of the club.
Solskjaer was officially announced as the new Besiktas boss last week, having spent three years away from management after being sacked by Manchester United during the 2021/22 season.
The Norwegian manager enjoyed a huge win in his first match in charge of the Turkish club, beating La Liga side Athletic Bilbao 4-1 in a home match in the Europa League.

In the wake of the performance, local media have had their say on the new Besiktas manager, and one outlet are certain he is the right man for the job.
While Bilbao are competing to top the Europa League group stage table, Besiktas were facing the possibility of missing out on the play-offs ahead of the match.
However, after pulling off the crucial win on Wednesday, Solskjaer's side now stand a much better chance of making it to the next round, and the Turkish media are impressed.

"We saw from the first match that Solskjaer is a tactically talented manager. He also showed that he knows the players very well and studies the Besiktas team seriously," wrote Turkish journalist Guntekin Onay for Spor Arena.
Onay also praised the former United boss for his decision to take off star players Arthur Masuaku and Ciro Immobile shortly after the hour mark
"He is aware that Arthur Masuaku and Ciro Immobile are not in a position to play a 90-minute match in the first changes he made.

"Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has obviously instilled confidence in his one-on-one meetings with the players and dictated what kind of game he wants.
"There was a Besiktas on the pitch that the spectators enjoyed and the players enjoyed."
Solksjaer faces Dutch club FC Twente in their final Europa League group stage game ahead of an away trip to Antalyaspor for his first match in the Turkish Super Lig on Sunday.
As it stands, his side are sixth in the domestic table, just three points away from guaranteeing a spot in the Europa League qualifiers.
