Fans are convinced that Match of the Day was hit by porn noises on Saturday evening.
Viewers of the BBC’s flagship football programme claimed they could hear a moaning woman over the top of Gary Lineker as he presented the day’s highlights.
After showing the highlights of Arsenal’s 3-1 win over Burnley in the Premier League, the cameras cut back to the studio, where Lineker introduced the match’s talking points.

Some viewers, however, claimed they could hear porn noises in the background and were convinced someone in the studio had been pranked.
Writing on X, the social media platform formally known as Twitter, one person said: "Not someone in the Match Of The Day studio being done 8 seconds in…"
A second wrote: "Is it the meme video with THAT sound playing?"
A third commented: "Not dissimilar to the Match of the Day porn prank audio."

A fourth said: "Listen to the background! hahaha."
While the viewers were certain of what they had heard, Lineker, Jermaine Jenas and Ashley Williams did not appear to have picked up any noises. You can see the clip below.
Indeed, the BBC has since told the Sun that the noise was in fact from Arsenal's celebrations which were being played in the backdrop.

Moreover, the BBC chose not to comment after SPORTbible contacted the broadcaster.
Of course, the X-rated noise has disturbed BBC shows in the past. Back in January BBC One’s live FA Cup coverage was disrupted by YouTube prankster Daniel Jarvis.
Jarvis set up a phone in the broadcaster's studio and played out noises from a porn film during the pre-match coverage of Wolves’ third-round replay against Liverpool.
After the incident, the BBC apologised to any viewers that were offended.
