Manchester United boss Ruben Amorim is reportedly not a fan of one shock player who he can't see fitting into his system at the club.
Since replacing Erik ten Hag as United manager back in November, Amorim hasn't been afraid to shake things up within the squad and establish himself as the man in charge at Old Trafford.
Players like Alejandro Garnacho, Antony and, most notably, Marcus Rashford fell out of favour with the new United boss, leading to them spending some time on the sidelines either on the bench or on loan with another club.

And now, it appears another massive United player could be on the chopping block as Amorim is reportedly 'not convinced' that the star fits into his future plans.
Last month, a shock report revealed that United wonderkid Kobbie Mainoo was considering leaving the club in the near future after rejecting contract extension offers given to him to reward his crucial importance in recent seasons.
It is believed that Mainoo will look to make a move abroad in the upcoming summer transfer window, and the latest update has revealed that Amorim may be willing to see the Englishman leave the club for a suitable fee in June.

According to the the I journalist Peter Hall, the United boss has not been completely convinced by Mainoo's fitness levels since he arrived at the club and would therefore be willing to let him go should he remain open to a move.
The report claims that, while United would prefer to keep the highly-rated 19-year-old at Old Trafford, they would reluctantly sell for offers of around £70million.
Since Amorim's arrival at the end of 2024, Mainoo has struggled to find regular minutes as injuries have left him sidelined for long spells, perhaps explaining the Portuguese manager's frustrations.

In total, the youngster has made just 16 appearances under Amorim in all competitions, with his last match being the 2-1 win over Leicester City.
However, with Mainoo expected to return to the pitch shortly, he will be given the opportunity to fight for his place in Amorim's squad should he decide that he wants to stay.
