Marcus Rashford is willing to renegotiate his current salary in order to secure a 'dream' transfer away from Manchester United, according to reports.
Ahead of the January transfer window, Rashford admitted to being "ready for a new challenge" – just days after being dropped from Ruben Amorim's squad for their Premier League clash with Manchester City.
Asked about his future by journalist Henry Winter, Rashford said: "If I know that a situation is already bad I'm not going to make it worse. I've seen how other players have left in the past and I don't want to be that person."

He added: "When I leave I'll make a statement and it will be from me. When I leave it's going to be 'no hard feelings'. You're not going to have any negative comments from me about Manchester United. That's me as a person."
Rashford, who has not featured for United since being substituted in their Europa League win over Viktoria Plzen on December 12, has since been linked with a number of European clubs.
Borussia Dortmund, West Ham, Arsenal and AC Milan have all been mentioned, although his wages continue to be a stumbling block in negotiations, according to The Sun.

That being said, Rashford is willing to take a wage cut in order to join La Liga leaders Barcelona, report The Star, who claim the player 'has his heart set' on a transfer to Hansi Flick's side.
United are also 'willing to fund' most of his £300,000 wages in order to seal an initial loan deal.
Last week, Rashford was once again left out of United's matchday squad for their Premier League clash against Brighton.
Speaking after the full-time whistle, Ruben Amorim was asked if he would consider recalling Rashford after missing the last nine games.

"It is his choice [not to play]. I don’t want to focus on this bad moment because in the games we lost, Rashford is not here. I don't want to put this moment on Rashford. Rashford is out of this moment because he is not playing," he said.
"No matter what, I am not going to put out a player I don’t believe is the best for the team."
Despite going public about his desire to embark on a new challenge, those close to Rashford stress he wants to play for United and is ready to give everything if he is picked again.
