A long term Manchester United target Erik ten Hag snubbed in the summer has been in suburb form this term.
Monaco star Vanderson attracted plenty of suitors over the summer window, with the likes of United and Tottenham both linked to the Brazil international.
The right-back, allegedly valued by Monaco at around £33million, was linked with a move to the Premier League, with Fabrizio Romano claiming in June Tottenham had considered replacing Emerson Royal with his 23-year-old compatriot.

According to a Caught Offside report earlier this month, Tottenham, United and Chelsea are all interested in signing the full-back in the coming windows.
While the publication alleges that Chelsea have the strongest interest, United are said to remain keen on the Brazilian, who would likely challenge Diogo Dalot and provide extra depth on the right-hand side following Noussair Mazraoui’s arrival and the sale of Aaron Wan-Bissaka.
Meanwhile Chelsea have had issues at right-back for several seasons, with Reece James having been hampered by injury issues. French youngster Malo Gusto has largely impressed as first choice in that position, however.
