Fabrizio Romano has revealed what he's heard about Sofyan Amrabat's potential move to Manchester United.
The Red Devils have already signed Mason Mount, Andre Onana and Rasmus Hojlund this summer, but Erik ten Hag is keen to bring in another midfielder before the transfer deadline slams shut.
Fiorentina's Amrabat has emerged as his priority target, having worked with the 26-year-old previously at Utrecht.

Meanwhile, the Serie A club added fuel to speculation when they left him out of their squad list for the weekend's pre-season friendlies.
However, United need to offload some players if they are to land the Morocco international's signature, with a number of current stars linked with moves away from Old Trafford, including Harry Maguire, Scott McTominay and Fred.
Providing an update on Amrabat's situation, transfer expert Romano told 'Mark Goldbridge That's Football' YouTube channel: "Sofyan Amrabat is the top target.

"He has already given the green light to Man United, but of course they still have to agree on personal terms because they have to discuss the details of the contract.
"It was like a conversation with Amrabat telling Man United: 'I would be happy to join you', but they still have to discuss the contract.
"And they need to discuss between the clubs because there is still no official bid between Man United and Fiorentina, so step-by-step.
"Now it's time to sell players and then there can be negotiations between United and Fiorentina."

According to the Manchester Evening News, United are 'holding firm' on their valuation of the midfielder, which is just over £21 million. Meanwhile, Fiorentina are said to be holding out for £30 million in order to part ways with their prized asset.
That being said, the Daily Mail report that forgotten centre-back Eric Bailly may be sold to Saudi Arabia which could arm United with the necessary funds to complete a deal for Amrabat.
