The restaurant meal orders of Manchester United's squad were 'leaked' online, giving an insight into what footballers eat.
As elite athletes, football players have to follow extremely strict diets and many have their own personal chef to ensure they don't have to worry about cooking and instead merely have to eat it.
Football clubs have extremely high-level chefs and nutritionists to keep players on track so they can perform to their maximum on the pitch. But stars are prone to a cheat meal, with Manchester City's Jack Grealish admitting to enjoying a massive £56 meal from his favourite Chinese restaurant after a game but Bernardo Silva simply tucking in to some bread and butter.

But what do top-level players consume when they go out for a meal?
Back in 2021, a list of apparent restaurant orders from United players were 'leaked' on social media by a fan account back in 2021.
At the time, the club were managed by former player and club legend Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and enjoyed a pre-season training camp at St Andrew's University in Scotland.

The Red Devils appeared to stopped off for something to eat at Forgan's restaurant in Dundee before heading back to England.
A list showing the orders of United's players emerged online, with their starters, main courses and desserts there to see.
Of all those on the list, only five players remain - including Harry Maguire, Diogo Dalot and Luke Shaw.
For starters, David de Gea, Shaw, Lee Grant and Anthony Martial all went for normal bread, with many others opting for chicken tempura or goats cheese. Maguire fancied a ham hock and some players skipped a starter altogether.

For his main meal, Maguire was among those to for a chicken supreme. Shaw, Grant, Aaron Wan-Bissaka and Dan James all ordered a cheeseburger, as did Lingard - though he also asked for his meal to be modified slightly.
Tom Heaton was the only member of the team to go for BBQ rib of beef, with Bruno Fernandes and Juan Mata among the five players to order the steak.
Sides across the board varied from sweet potato fries to spinach and in terms of desserts, Fernandes, Maguire, Jones and Lingard were all on the same page and picked sticky toffee pudding.

Mata and Andreas Pereira had a craving for a cheesecake and Heaton, James Garner and Matej Kovar mixed it up by selecting the Caramel and Biscoff Tartlet.
