Ruben Amorim shifted one of his Manchester United players into a new position for the Europa League game against FCSB and fans lapped it out.
Though his 3-4-3 system is set in stone and he will not veer from it, Amorim has done his fair bit of experimenting in his tenure at United and moved players around.
But the Portuguese made his most surprising switch in Bucharest on Thursday night, where United were looking to secure automatic progression to the round of 16 by finishing in the top eight.

Amorim made a few changes from the side which beat Fulham 1-0 on Sunday, with Tyrell Malacia in at left wing-back despite ongoing speculation he could be on the move and youngster Toby Collyer getting a sart.
Yet the decision which United fans did not expect saw Kobbie Mainoo pushed in one of the No.10 positions alongside Christian Eriksen.
The tactical tweak saw Bruno Fernandes sit a bit deeper to control the game, with Mainoo seeing plenty of the ball in the final third.

After seeing his impressive display, United fans are well in favour of the role for academy graduate Mainoo and believe it could be a regular occurence going forward.
One fan on X wrote: "Kobbie Mainoo in the left #10 role? Yes, chef."
Another replied: "Doing well. Some of his runs have been decent."
A third added: "Never seen Mainoo platformed like this in the final third before. This is how you allow him to exert the kind of influence, authority and freedom of expression he had in the academy. "

A fourth commented: "Mainoo once again… he’s finding those pockets in that left 10 position."
A fifth weighed in, saying: "It's not even the technical quality that Mainoo has in this 10 position that's working well, it's off-ball. This guy's spatial awareness is so cracked out man."
A final person made a huge comparison, stating: "Mainoo has got to play further forward more often, getting serious Pogba vibes."
Mainoo typically plays as a deep-lying or box-to-box midfielder but showed he has the qualities to play a little higher up and be effective.
