Manchester United are set to play the rest of the season without one of their most important players in another major blow to Erik ten Hag.
United have struggled for consistency this season and find themselves sixth in the Premier League, 13 points behind leaders Liverpool.
Injuries have hampered Ten Hag's side throughout the course of the campaign.

And the Dutchman has now been dealt another blow.
The Daily Mail has reported that England international Luke Shaw could miss the rest of the season through injury.
Shaw suffered a recurrence of a leg injury in last weekend's 2-1 win at Luton.

Ten Hag took a risk by starting Shaw at Kenilworth Road just a week after he was brought off at half-time during United's 2-1 win over Aston Villa.
That moved back-fired when Shaw was taken off before half-time against Luton.
He is now 'likely' to miss the remainder of the season, having already sat out three months of the campaign with a separate thigh injury.

Shaw's injury leaves United short at left-back and raises questions over the decision to cut short Sergio Reguilon's loan move from Tottenham in January.
Second-choice left-back Tyrell Malacia hasn't played all season following knee surgery and recently had a setback in his recovery.
The injuries to Shaw and Malacia have forced Ten Hag to at times turn to Victor Lindelof and Sofyan Amrabat at left-back, and the Dutchman will need to find another solution when United host Fulham at Old Trafford on Saturday.
The news will also come as a major blow to England manager Gareth Southgate ahead of Euro 2024.

Shaw was expected to start at left-back for the Three Lions in Germany but his latest injury has cast doubt over whether he will be fit in time for the tournament, which begins on June 14.
Southgate will certainly be without Shaw for England's friendlies against Brazil and Belgium next month.
