Luke Littler says he watched the FA Cup final from home for 'his own safety'.
The 17-year-old secured the biggest payday of his professional career on Thursday night, when he won his first Premier League crown after beating Luke Humphries 11-7 in the final.
Littler, who is set to mark his latest achievement with a "once-in-a-lifetime" trip, will also be celebrating Manchester United's 2-1 victory against Manchester City, but not at Wembley.

The teenager had previously announced he was travelling to the London-based stadium to watch the match.
But moments before kick-off, he took to Instagram to explain why he didn't attend the showpiece event on Saturday afternoon.
He wrote: "At home watching the game for my own safety today, YANITED."

Littler watched the FA Cup final at home after he made a 'late call' to watch the game in Warrington amid fears of being mobbed by fans, according to a report from The Sun.
The teenager, who played against Harry Maguire and Christian Eriksen in a game of darts at Carrington, is a well-known supporter of the Reds.
He previously revealed that Cristiano Ronaldo played a key role in his favourite memory as a United fan – the 3-2 comeback victory over Atalanta in the Champions League.

And in a recent interview with SPORTbible, Littler named his United five-a-side squad based on players he's watched live.
"From what I've witnessed, I'd probably go David de Gea in goal," the teenager said.
"I've seen a bit of Nemanja Vidic so I'll throw him in. And I've seen a bit of Rio Ferdinand as well. Then I'd have to go with Bruno Fernandes and Cristiano Ronaldo."

He even decided to have a cheeky dig at Jurgen Klopp after Amad Diallo scored a last-minute winner against Liverpool to seal United's place in the FA Cup semi-final.
Taking to X, formerly Twitter, he posted a graphic of himself and Klopp alongside the joke: "What is the difference between Luke Littler and Jurgen Klopp? Littler has more trebles."
