Roy Keane slammed Kalvin Phillips after the West Ham midfielder made another mistake that cost his side.
Last month Phillips joined West Ham on loan until the end of the season after enduring a disappointing 18 months at Manchester City.
The England midfielder joined City from Leeds United in a £42 million in 2022, but he started just six games for the treble winners as he struggled to get to grips with Pep Guardiola's system.

Phillips joined West Ham hoping to reignite his career with a fresh start, but his time with the London side has begun in the worst possible way.
After a shaky debut in a 1-1 draw with Bournemouth on Thursday, David Moyes dropped Phillips to the bench for his side's trip to Old Trafford.
The manager turned to the midfielder in the 72nd minute with the Hammers 2-0 down, but 12 imnutes later Phillips gifted United a third goal that sealed his side's fate.

After receiving a pass from Ben Johnson, Phillips attempted to shield the ball from an onrushing Scott McTominay who managed to steal possession before playing in Garnacho to score his second goal of the day and United's third.
Speaking on Sky Sports, former United midfielder Keane was less than impressed with Phillips.
"And then listen Phillips, I don't know what he's trying," Keane said.

"The way I look at it, he's sluggish. But you've got to get punished and I think McTominay does really well here because it's just a nice weighted pass, three nil.
"I just think he comes at the wrong angle. We can make excuses for him but he's come at the wrong angle trying to shield people. Credit to McTominay, nice and aggressive. Game over."
The incident came three days after Phillips gifted Bournemouth a goal with one of his first touches in a West Ham shirt.
After playing so little for City over the last 18 months, Phillips clearly needs a little time to get back into the swing of playing regular top flight football.

He won't get an easy ride next time out though; West Ham will welcome Arsenal to the London Stadium on Sunday.
