The figure Manchester United would need to pay to get rid of Erik ten Hag has been revealed, as the pressure increases on the Dutchman's job.

While their form hasn't been any better in Europe, after losing two of their opening three Champions League games to Bayern Munich and Galatasaray.
As a result, Ten Hag's future has been cast into doubt, despite Sir Jim Ratcliffe, who is on the verge of completing a 25% purchase of United, reportedly assuring the manager that his position is safe.
But should the club choose to cut ties with the former Ajax boss, they would need to cough up more than £15 million.

That's according to The Mirror, who claim that United would be required to pay his annual £9 million salary up front, with Ten Hag currently under contract until the summer of 2025.
That is before factoring in the costs of the 53-year-old's backroom staff, meaning his departure could prove very costly.

Ex-Bayern Munich and current Germany manager Julian Nagelsmann is the second favourite, having been priced at 5/1.
While former Chelsea and Brighton boss Graham Potter is priced at 10/1, having not found a new job since leaving Stamford Bridge.
Meanwhile, the likes of Antonio Conte(16/1), Gareth Southgate(16/1), Diego Simeone(20/1) and Mauricio Pochettino(20/1) have also been tipped for the role.
