Two clear favourites to replace Erik ten Hag at Manchester United have emerged after the Red Devils’ defeat by Chelsea.
On Thursday night, despite coming back from 2-0 down to lead 3-2, United capitulated in the closing stages as Cole Palmer scored twice to win the match 4-3 for Chelsea.
It is yet another poor result for United after they were denied all three points by a late Brentford equaliser last weekend at the Gtech Community Stadium.

On the back of the defeat, Ten Hag’s men sit 11 points behind fourth-placed Aston Villa as their hopes of qualifying for the Champions League took another hit.
Pressure is also starting to mount on Ten Hag again as United’s season as a whole, has been bitterly disappointing.
According to the latest odds from Sky Bet, there are two clear favourites to replace the Dutchman.
