Manchester United denied Erik ten Hag's request to sign one player this summer, and some fans will be furious.
Ten Hag was under a lot of pressure over the summer as new owners INEOS conducted an season review which included considering replacing the Dutchman as manager.
Ultimately, the decision was made to stick with Ten Hag and the club then went on to have a busy summer transfer window, adding players like Joshua Zirkzee, Leny Yoro and Matthijs De Ligt to the squad.

However, it has now been revealed that there was one other player that Ten Hag wanted to sign this summer, but the move didnt happen after the owners ignored his requests.
Speaking on The Athletic's Talk of the Devils podcast, Andy Mitten confirmed that Ten Hag wanted the club to sign Sofyan Amrabat, but after talks internally, it never happened.
Last September, United signed Amrabat on a season long loan from Serie A side FIorentina for a fee of £8.5million.

The midfielder went on to make 30 appearances as a regular starter for the Red Devils throughout the season
Despite this and Ten Hag's desires, the club decided not to trigger the £21.5m option to buy included in the loan deal, nor enter into negotiations over a transfer fee with Fiorentina.
Instead, the 28-year-old completed a move to Turkish club Fenerbache, where he will join former ex-manager Jose Mourinho and former midfielder Fred.
Amrabat will initially join his new club on loan, with Fiorentina receiving a £1.7m loan fee, before a mandatory £11m buy clause will be triggered at the end of the season.

However, United fans will still be reunited with the Moroccan midfielder this season, as Fenerbahce will welcome Manchester United to Istanbul in the Europa League on October 24.
Posting on Instagram after his move was confirmed, Amrabat wrote: "I am proud to join this big and amazing sportclub with its rich of history and tradition. I cant wait to play in front of the loyal and passionate Fenerbahce supporters! I promise to honour the jersey by giving everything on the pitch.
"Thank you for the warm welcome, and I look forward to sharing many unforgettable moments together Inshallah. See you soon, Sofyan."
