Just when it seemed like Andre Onana had turned a corner, he produced two shocking errors in Manchester United's game against Galatasaray.
Erik ten Hag's side were 2-0 up and flying through goals from Alejandro Garnacho and Bruno Fernandes.
But Hakim Ziyech pulled one back with a free-kick from the right. The former Ajax man struck it well but hit it on Onana's side, with the Cameroonian's positioning questionable to say the least.
Scott McTominay restored the two-goal cushion in the second half but Onana produced an even worse mistake from another Ziyech set-piece not long after.

The Moroccan's effort should have been easily to collect but somehow he managed to punch it in his own net.
Ziyech was gifted a second goal and it set up a nervy finish for United in Istanbul.
And much like they did in Copenhagen in their last Champions League game, United collapsed yet again as substitute Muhammed Kerem Akturkoglu tormented United for the second time.

He bagged in the reverse fixture at Old Trafford and this time the 25-year-old produced a beautiful equaliser to beat Onana at his near post and send Rams Park into raptures.
The fixture was described as a must win for United by many going into it given the Red Devils find themselves bottom of Group A.
There were fears that the game wouldn't even go ahead, with a pitch inspection taking place following the downpouring of torrential rain in Istanbul.
