Manchester United have topped the list on net spending on transfers over the past 10 seasons.
This summer United have spent just shy of £100million on Mason Mount and Andre Onana, while the Old Trafford club have reportedly offered £51million to sign Rasmus Hojlund from Atalanta.
However, compared to previous seasons United have spent relatively conservatively this summer, in an attempt to keep in line with Financial Fair Play regulations.

According to Transfermarkt United have spent some €1.29billion (£1.11billion) on transfers in the past 10 years.
Indeed, in that time the club have won the FA Cup, two League Cups and a Europa League while failing to clinch a single Premier League title.
Moreover, they have spent enormous fees for players that have struggled to live up to their price tags, with Paul Pogba having cost £89million, Harry Maguire costing £80million and Romelu Lukaku arriving at Old Trafford for some £75million.
Manchester City and Arsenal make up the top three, with the former having a net spend of €1.01billion (£870million) and the latter €1billion (£860million).
Of course, in that decade City have become the dominant force in Europe and only the second team in English football history to claim the Premier League, FA Cup and Champions League treble.

La Liga giants Barcelona are sixth on the list at €596million (£511million), having spent over £100million on three occasions, to sign Philippe Coutinho, Ousmane Dembele and Antoine Griezmann.
Newcastle, who were bought by a consortium led by PIF, the sovereign wealth fund of Saudi Arabia in 2021, are seventh on the list with a net spend of €575million (£462million).
