Manchester City star Phil Foden has shown off his driving test certificate after passing his test - and fans were surprised upon learning what his middle name is.
The 23-year-old has had an impressive start to the season for City, scoring four goals and providing three assists in 15 Premier League appearances.
He has earned praise from manager Pep Guardiola, who stated in August: "Every control, he knows exactly what is the goal.

"He doesn't need two or three touches to get in the right position to attack the goal. In just one touch he is attacking."
Things are going well off the pitch for Foden too, with the midfielder showing off his practical driving test pass certificate on Instagram.
His full name, 'Mr Philip Walter Foden', was shown on the certificate, with the test appearing to be completed in a Volkswagen hatchback.

And a third added: "Congrats to Mr Philip Walter Foden."
There is a likely heartwarming story behind his middle name. Foden's grandfather is called Walter, while his father has the same full name of Philip Walter Foden.
As per The Athletic, his grandmother called the City star 'Ronnie' when he was a baby, due to having a round head.

Foden's son is called Ronnie, with the four-year-old going viral on social media after being brought on to the pitch after City won the Champions League title in Istanbul in May.
He was nicknamed 'El Wey' in the wake of City's triumph, and his Instagram account - which is managed by his parents - now has over four million followers.
His TikTok account, meanwhile, has amassed over 500,000 followers and over three million likes.
