Manchester City have made a decision on the future of their manager, Pep Guardiola.
Guardiola will go down as one of the best managers in the history of the sport having led City to four Premier League titles in a row.
With his current contract set to expire at the end of the 24/25 season, City have now reportedly made a decision.
As reported by the Daily Mail, City want Guardiola to sign a new long-term deal.

It has been claimed that the Etihad club would like to see Guardiola sign ‘a significant extension’.
However, it is believed that the club will not put any pressure on the 53-year-old.
The report stated: “City will place no pressure on Guardiola and the decision will be his. It is also understood that he has discussed the situation with at least one key player over dinner recently to gather their thoughts and input.”
In his time with City, Guardiola has led the club to six Premier League titles, four League Cups, two FA Cups, two FA Community Shields, one Champions League, one UEFA Super Cup and also the FIFA Club World Cup.

City will have the chance to add to their trophy collection this weekend when they take on rivals Manchester United in the FA Cup final at Wembley on Saturday afternoon.
Speaking ahead of the final, the City boss said: “The fact we can do back to back Doubles - of course it’s important. The FA Cup itself is the FA Cup. Wembley, our fans going to London. The players know it’s the last game of season, the last effort.
“I’ve been impressed with how good we trained after few days off. The people are so focused.”

He added: “Everyone wants to be involved and we will do our best, that’s for sure. I have to decide a few things, the doubts, the line-up and then go.”
