Manchester City chairman Khaldoon Al Mubarak has spoken out about the 115 charges levelled against his club by the Premier League in a new interview.
City were charged with 115 alleged breaches of financial rules - some of them related to UEFA - by the Premier League in February 2023.
The charges relate to a time period between 2009 and 2018, with an initial hearing set to be held in November. City have strenuously denied the charges against them.

Now, in an end-of-season interview with City's official website - conducted before reports that the club had launched legal action against the Premier League - Al Mubarak has spoken out about the charges.
He said: "Of course it's frustrating, the references to [the charges] are always frustrating... having it being talked about the way it's been talked about.
"I can feel, of course, for our fanbase, for everyone associated with the club, to have these charges constantly referenced.

"I think we, as a club, have to respect that there is a process that we have to go through, and we're going through it. It's taking longer than anyone hoped for, but it is what it is.
"I've always repeated that in every interview I've done - let's be judged by the facts and not by claims or counter-claims."
City have launched legal action against the Premier League in relation to their Associated Party Transaction (APT) rules, which are designed to prevent clubs from commercial deals with companies linked to their ownership.
In a legal document reported by The Times, the club claim that they are 'victims of discrimination' and that the rules are 'unlawful'. City declined to comment when approached by The Times, while the Premier League have been approached for comment.
