Marc Cucurella has finally broke his silence on his song about Erling Haaland after winning Euro 2024 and fans think he has been "humbled".
After a poor season with Chelsea, the left-back was in fine form for Spain in Euros as they went all the way and beat England in the final in Berlin.
But in the celebrations, the former Brighton man aimed a dig at Haaland when he repeatedly sang a song that said, "Cucurella eats a paella, Cucurella drinks Estrella, Haaland trembles that Cucurella is coming".
The song quickly went viral but then Haaland had the chance to respond when Chelsea played Manchester City in the first game of the season at Stamford Bridge.

He duly did that by bodying Cucurella to score the opening goal, before later snubbing him when he went down with cramp.
In a post-match interview, Haaland discussed Cucurella singing about him, telling ViaPlay: "Cucurella is a funny man. Last season he asked for my shirt… and this summer he sings a song about me."
Cucurella remained silent until recently, where he opened up about the storm he created in singing.

The 26-year-old defended the chant and said he would do it again.
"A lot of attention was given to that [the song] and these things happen," he told Efe.
"I am very happy and I think that if someone has a song sung with his name it is because he is a top player or a world star, the name of a player who is not known would not be used.
"Everyone is happy because he scored and I am still just as happy to win the Euro. I would do it again, these things happen and that is all."

Cucurella also claimed the chant was slightly misunderstood in its meaning and revealed teammate Cole Palmer, a former colleague of Haaland's, helped play peacemaker at the PFA awards.
He added: "In the end, in England they took it a little out of context and I don't think he [Haaland] understood it either.
"He read what they said and took it a little personally.
"Nowadays people take things very personally, but then they had some awards and my colleague [Cole] Palmer asked him about me and that was it. It was just an anecdote."
