Manchester City striker Erling Haaland has failed to make a 2023 Team of the Year based on stats despite helping his side to the treble.
Haaland scored 44 goals last year to help City win the Premier League, FA Cup and Champions League.
The 23-year-old didn't take long to settle in English football. Out of the 22 teams he's faced, he's only failed to score against Brentford.

It's an incredible scoring record and one you think would see him earn a spot in everyone's Team of the Year.
According to Sofascore, two other forwards elsewhere in Europe outperformed Haaland's average rating of 7.49.
The two players in question are Bayern Munich talisman Harry Kane and Atletico Madrid legend Antoine Griezmann.

Kane had a strong finish to last season with Tottenham Hotspur despite their underwhelming eighth-placed finish.
The England captain sealed a transfer to Bayern Munich over the summer and continued where he left off in the Bundesliga.
Griezmann has rediscovered his form during a second stint with Atletico. He left for Barcelona in 2019 but never fully settled at the Camp Nou.

The World Cup winner has once again reminded everyone why he was voted third at the Ballon d'Or ceremony in 2018.
Kane and Griezmann lead the line with a 7.73 and 7.72 average ranking, respectively.
Two Premier League players have managed to make the team and both are in defence.
