Liverpool have reportedly already identified their replacement for Mohamed Salah if the Egyptian does move to the Saudi Pro League.
Earlier today, the Reds rejected Al Ittihad's £100 million bid for the 31-year-old, with Jurgen Klopp adamant his star player is not for sale this summer.
When asked about the Salah reports in a recent press conference, Klopp confirmed his stance was against any potential sale.

"The position remains the same," the German said.
"Absolutely no doubt about that. That's how it is. Nothing else to say."
However, The Athletic's David Ornstein claimed "that view is not shared by the Saudis who are expected to maintain a strong interest.”

Meanwhile, Sky Sports revealed that Al Ittihad are preparing an improved £200m bid for the winger and "are getting encouragement in certain quarters and a deal can still be done."
As a result, Liverpool are exploring a sensational last minute move for Bayern Munich winger Leroy Sane as they scour the market to replace Salah at Anfield.
That's according to Football Insider, who state that "Sane is firmly on their radar and is regarded as capable of filling Salah’s creative and goalscoring boots after already proving himself in the Premier League for Man City."
The Germany international left the Etihad for Bayern for around £54.8million back in 2020.

He notched 39 goals and 46 assists in 135 games for Pep Guardiola’s side, lifting two Premier League titles.
The 27-year-old's best return in the top flight came during the 2017/18 season, when he managed 10 goals and 15 assists in 32 league games.
Sane has since racked up 40 goals and 37 assists for Bayern – and has already registered two Bundesliga goals this term.
