Jurgen Klopp has made his verdict on Feyenoord boss Arne Slot, who is the odds on favourite to replace the German at Liverpool next season.
Liverpool have been on the hunt for a new manager since early January when Klopp shocked the world by announcing he would be stepping down from his position after nine years.
Klopp's fairytale end to his Liverpool career hasn't gone exactly to plan, with losses to Atalanta, Manchester United and Everton turning their quadruple into a singular League cup unless there's a Premier League miracle.
The club have seen pursuits of Xabi Alonso and Ruben Amorim end in failure will both looking set to remain at their respective clubs.

This has resulted in Liverpool turning their attention to Slot, who won the Eredivisie with Feyenoord last season.
Slot has deployed a similar style to Klopp during his years in the Netherlands, with his teams building from the back and deploying a high press.
Klopp was questioned on the potential appointment in Liverpool's pre-match press conference ahead of their Premier League clash with West Ham.
Klopp on Arne Slot: “I’m not involved, club-wise. I would like a lot that if Arne is the one he wants to take the job. I like his team's style, all I hear about him as a guy — good coach”.

“I’d tell him this is the best job in the world. Best club in the world, best people," Klopp added.
Slot himself has publicly expressed his intention to leave his current role and has shed light on the ongoing negotiations between Liverpool and Feyenoord regarding his potential transfer.
“I’d like to become the new Liverpool manager, my decision is clear. Feyenoord and Liverpool are in talks to negotiate, I’m waiting to see what will come out of it," Slot explained via Fabrizio Romano.
