Jamie Carragher believes one Liverpool player should be held accountable for his actions during their recent win over West Ham.
Arne Slot's men beat the Hammers 5-1 to progress to the fourth round of the Carabao Cup, thanks to goals from Diogo Jota (2), Cody Gakpo (2) and Mohamed Salah.
As comprehensive as the victory was, Carragher was left infuriated by something he noticed from one Liverpool player in the opening 45 minutes.

With the teams level midway through the first half after Diogo Jota had cancelled out an own-goal from Jarell Quansah, the Sky Sports co-commentator did not hold back when revealing his true feelings.
“That’s a clumsy foul," began Carragher, as Darwin Nunez hacked into Danny Ings moments before.
"Yeah, I mean we’ve already seen one at the other end but Nunez there….honestly. It’s the one thing in football I’ll never be able to get my head around when I see someone just run straight into the back of someone, going absolutely nowhere.

“I think there should be a fine for that, honestly I do. If I was a manager I would fine players for that.”
The free-kick luckily came to no avail but should West Ham have scored, questions would have been asked of Nunez.
With Ings seemingly heading nowhere, it was the needless nature of the Uruguayan's foul that irked Carragher.
Liverpool would eventually run riot in the second half and scored four times through Jota once more, Mo Salah and a late Cody Gakpo brace, with Edson Alvarez also dismissed for the visitors.

Slot spoke following the full-time whistle, praising the character shown by his side across the 90 minutes at Anfield.
"Not only fans love winning trophies, players do and managers do as well," he began.
"We all love to win something but that’s far away, we have to play our first game of this tournament tomorrow. And like I said, it’s a tough one with West Ham United at home.

"But it’s always nice to win something and I know the history of the club, they won it a lot of times, recently last season in a very special way with so many youngsters on the pitch in the final.
"If you won it last season, we are aware of the fact we won it last season and we are the holders of that trophy so we have to protect that, is that the right word to use?
"Maybe not perfect. But we’re going to give everything to win it again, let’s put it that way."
