Gary Neville has hit out at Liverpool fans after angering their fanbase following his new Premier League prediction.
Manchester United and Tottenham played out a thrilling 2-2 draw at Old Trafford on Sunday.
Spurs, who came from behind twice to earn a point, set a new club record during the fixture.

Ange Postecoglou's side, who were without a number of key players against Man United, impressed Neville, who said they can finish above Liverpool and Arsenal this season.
Speaking after the game, he said: "I think if they keep the players fit, they’re an absolute certainty [for Champions League].
"I think actually when you watch them, when they get the five players back that are missing and they’re all fit, they can be better than Liverpool and Arsenal this season. I think it’s a bad draw for them in the FA Cup, so they could go out of that and then fully concentrate on the league ahead."

The former Red Devils captain added: “I know they need to go after trophies but if you go out of the domestic competitions, teams that have had explosive seasons can move that aside and do well in the league. For Ange Postecoglou, to get second or third is possible if he gets a clean run at it.”
Neville's prediction did not go down well with Liverpool fans on social media.
One Liverpool fan questioned his claim, stating they are top of the league and have their own injury problems.

Neville replied: "Such a sensitive mob you lot nowadays. The reason I said Spurs 'could' (repeat could) finish above you is they may have a clear run and you’re in all comps!
"If it’s a laughable suggestion relax and enjoy your PL."
Another Liverpool fan slammed his pre-season prediction, which consisted of Arsenal winning the league.
Neville fired back: "It 'could' be yes mate. Spurs have a clear run and have their 5 best players missing! So they 'could' surprise us all. That not ok?"

As it stands, Liverpool sit at the top of the league, two points clear of Manchester City while Spurs occupy fifth place, with 40 points on the board - level on points with fourth-placed Arsenal.
