New Liverpool manager Arne Slot dropped an X-rated comment in the press conference ahead of his first Premier League match at Anfield.
Liverpool got life under Slot off to a good start last Saturday as they defeated newly-promoted side Ipswich Town at Portman Road Stadium in their first match of the 2024/25 Premier League season.
Their next match will see the new manager welcomed to a Premier League match at Anfield for the first time, as Liverpool face Brentford on Sunday.

Ahead of the match, the Dutchman spoke to the media in a press conference and has gone viral for his X-rated response to one question about one of his players.
During the press conference, Slot was asked about the performance of midfielder Ryan Gravenberch, who started the match against Ipswich Town.
Praising the 22-year-old, Slot said: "He brings certain qualities that we like in that position. If the other 10 had been s*** at Ipswich he wouldn’t have been able to play such a good game.”

The young Dutch player started the match in a pivot midfield alongside Alexis Mac Allister, with Dominic Szoboszlai assuming a more advanced role in the Liverpool lineup.
Gravenberch struggled to find a regular starting spot in the Liverpool squad under previous manager Jurgen Klopp, who left the club in the summer, but has since impressed starting in midfield for Slot.
Slot also acknowledged the lack of incoming transfers made by Liverpool since he took over as manager, with the Reds remaining the only Premier League club yet to make a signing this summer.

When asked if he was worried about the lack of transfer activity, he said: "No, because I trust the team. I've said many times before I inherited a real good team, a team of many young players as well and I think we all know, especially young players they can develop on the ages they are at the moment.
"We just try to work as hard as we can with them and trust them a lot. They have proven last week they have earned this trust and I am hoping they can show the same on Sunday as well."
