Liverpool boss Arne Slot has revealed why his family have not moved to Merseyside.
This summer, after Jurgen Klopp’s reign came to a close at Anfield, Dutchman Slot was chosen to replace the German.
So far, the former Feyenoord boss has made an impressive start to his time at Liverpool, with the Reds top of the Premier League table heading into this weekend’s fixtures.
In Europe, Slot’s men have also made a good start in the Champions League, having won against AC Milan and Bologna.

During an interview with Sky Sports ahead of Liverpool’s Premier League clash against Chelsea, Slot revealed that his family have not moved to Merseyside with him.
Explaining why, the 46-year-old said: “I think it will depend on how it will work out this year. Both of them(Slot’s children) are doing their exams so it was impossible for them to come. I wouldn’t say impossible, it would not be the right choice to bring them over.
“Let’s see how it works out this year for them, for me and see how we will do things next year.”
Slot added: “But first of all, we have to keep on winning for me to keep this job!”

Ahead of Liverpool vs Chelsea, Slot said: “Going by the league table as things stand, Chelsea are the strongest opponents we have faced so far.

“Going into this weekend, they were in fourth place having had a good start to the season and picking up some really good results along the way.”
He added: “We have said repeatedly that there would be some big tests to come for us and this is definitely one of them.
“At the same time, it is also a big opportunity. Since we came together as a squad in pre-season, we have been developing ourselves; working incredibly hard to instil the methods that underpin the way that we want to play and challenging ourselves to become better in all areas of the game.”
