Liverpool manager Arne Slot has been formerly charged by the Football Association after he was sent off following his side's 2-2 draw with Everton on Wednesday.
The Dutchman, along with his assistant Sipke Hulshoff, were shown red cards by referee Michael Oliver following an incident after the full-time whistle.
There was confusion over a potential sanction for Slot, as the Premier League initially posted to their official website that he would receive a two-match touchline ban.

However, the statement was subsequently deleted, with The Athletic's James Pearce confirming that the initial announcement was a 'mistake'.
Now, the FA have announced that Slot and Hulshoff have both been formally charged.
Their statement reads: "The Liverpool manager allegedly acted in an improper manner and/or used insulting and/or abusive words or behaviour towards both the match referee and an assistant referee after the match had finished.
"It's alleged that Liverpool's assistant manager acted in an improper manner and/or used insulting and/or abusive words and/or behaviour towards a match official, which led to his dismissal.

Both clubs have also been charged for allegedly failing to 'ensure their players and/or technical area occupants did not behave in an improper and/or provocative way following the final whistle'.
All four parties have until Wednesday, February 19 to respond to the charges - meaning that, despite his sending off, Slot will be on the touchline when Liverpool take on Wolves at Anfield on Sunday.

The Dutchman was asked about the incident that led to his red card in his pre-match press conference on Friday.
He stated: "There is an ongoing process, and we have to respect that, so I can't go into details.
"What happened was the extra time, additional five minutes, it ended up being eight. The emotions got the better of me. If I could do that differently... I am hoping to do it differently next time as well.

"Many things in extra time happened which led to me being quite emotional," he added.
"There was a VAR incident for two minutes, where I thought it may be a foul and then it could be offside. Many things happened - it wouldn't be smart to go into every incident."
