American businessman John Textor is reportedly considering making another move for a Premier League club after his failed bid to takeover Everton.
Textor was strongly linked with purchasing Everton over the summer, however the club's owner Farhad Moshiri instead opted to negotiate with Dan Friedkin, the owner of AS Roma
The American billionaire already boasts an impressive portfolio in club football including Brazilian club Botafogo, French side Lyon, and Belgium's RWD Molenbeek and a minority stake in Crystal Palace.

And now, he is reportedly considering making another venture into the Premier League as he aims to buy another English club.
According to GOAL, the 59-year-old is interested in owning a club in the Premier League where he can buy a majority share and exercise control over key decisions.
The report claims that, while speaking at the Ole Sports Summit, Textor confessed: "We are looking to acquire a club where we can have a majority stake.”

Furthermore, in order to do this, Textor is reportedly prepared to sell his 46% stake in Crystal Palace and focus fully on his new English side.
And it is not only current top tier sides that he will consider in his search for a new club, as Textor also admitted that he would be looking at Championship teams that have a strong chance of promotion in their near future.
“We are also open to second-division clubs that we think can be promoted,” added the businessman.

But before he moves ahead with any potential purchase of another club, Textor is likely to sell his stake in Crystal Palace, and he is said to already have several parties interested in buying.
Within the group of the potential buyers there are reportedly two frontrunners, the first being an international consortium represented by two Crystal Palace supporters, businessmen Zechariah Janjua and Navshir Jaffer.
This has picked up momentum recently after football financier Keith Harris was brought in as an advisor to the group.
The other frontrunner interested in Textor's stake in Crystal Palace is fellow billionaire Stanley Tang, who co-founded American food delivery service DoorDash over a decade ago.
