Jamie Carragher has called out Sky Sports presenter Rob Wotton for 'twisting his words' following Liverpool's big win over Manchester City.
Liverpool beat Man City 2-0 at Anfield last weekend as goals from Cody Gakpo and Mohamed Salah condemned Pep Guardiola's side to another defeat amid their poor run of form.
At this early stage in the season, the Blues find themselves 11 points adrift of leaders Liverpool, who have won 11 of their opening 13 league matches under Arne Slot.
Speaking after the game, Carragher delivered a ruthless assessment of Man City's chances of winning the league title this season.

On Monday, The Football Show host Wooton presented the Liverpool legend's claim to pundits Stephen Warnock and Sue Smith.
But Carragher didn't appreciate what was said as he insists Man City will finish in the top four.
On X, he wrote: "I said I fancied Arsenal & Chelsea to finish above City! They may have a fight on their hands for fourth but I’m confident they’ll get it. Not like the presenter to twist my words!!!"
Sky Sports' post was swiftly deleted following the 46-year-old's reply.

After Liverpool's win over Man City, Carragher ruled out Guardiola's team winning the league title, saying: "This season, Manchester City will not be winning the Premier League.
"I don’t think there is any way back. It is almost a mini-crisis for Manchester City, and I think it’s reminiscent of Liverpool two years ago.
"I actually think Man City might have a fight on their hands for the top four."

Man City have now lost four league games in a row, with Gary Neville sharing his thoughts on the club's slump.
"They look so vulnerable, they look broken out on the pitch, the defenders are broken, the midfield players look weak, they look like they're being overrun, outworked, the forwards don't look like they're ever going to score," he said on his Sky Sports podcast.
"They just don't look as dangerous, the patterns that we've always seen in City have gone."
