IShowSpeed asks Tom Brady to choose between Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi, gives controversial answer

IShowSpeed met Tom Brady and asked the NFL legend to choose between Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi.

Dana White's Power Slap event in Las Vegas attracted a slew of celebrities, with social media stars Speed, Adin Ross, Kai Cenat in attendance.

Not to mention NFL icon Tom Brady, who watched on ahead of Super Bowl 58, which takes place at the Allegiant Stadium.

And the former New England Patriots quarter-back bumped into Speed, who asked him football's age-old question.

Speed asked Brady to pick between Ronaldo and Messi to which he replied with a controversial answer. Check it out below:

That's because he refused to pick between the pair of footballing legends, saying: "I can't pick between them two."

His answer frustrated Speed, Ross and Cenat, who all gasped.

Brady, however, turned the tables and asked Speed, who responded by imitating Ronaldo's trademark 'Siuu' celebration.

Ronaldo himself met Brady during his second spell at Manchester United.

The five-time ballon d'Or winner caught up with the American following Man United's 3-2 victory over Tottenham back in March 2022 - in a game where he scored a hat-trick.

Recalling his conversation with the seven-time Super Bowl winner, he said: "Psychology, see? I thought he [Brady] took the decision [retirement reversal] a few weeks before. We spoke in general. He's a very, very smart guy, he knows a lot about football.

"We had a nice conversation. He gave me good energy. When you have another GOAT, it's energy. It's all about energy. When you have good energy around you, I can do interesting things."

While Brady wasn't able to choose between Ronaldo and Messi, he did speak glowingly about the Argentine in 2022.

"I love Messi," he revealed. "He is a great player; however, I am a little older than him. I love soccer, I've watched it for a long time and I'm not old enough to have watched Maradona, that's probably for previous generations. I admire him, he's a great athlete."
