The reason behind Harry Kane’s absence from Bayern Munich’s traditional team photos has been revealed.
Earlier in the month, Kane left Tottenham Hotspur for Bayern after a deal reportedly worth over €100 million was agreed between the two clubs.
On his first outing as a Bayern player, Kane was helpless as his team lost 3-0 against RB Leipzig in the final of the German Super Cup.

Last weekend, Kane made his Bundesliga debut and scored in the 4-0 win against Werder Bremen.
However, as is tradition for Bayern players to do a team photo dressed in lederhosen, a traditional Bavarian outfit, Kane was nowhere to be seen.
According to the Daily Mail, Kane was back in England where his wife, Kate, was giving birth to their fourth child.

It was later revealed that Kane’s new child, Henry was born on Sunday.
Although Kane missed the photo shoot, Bayern’s other summer signing, Kim Min Jae was present. He told the club: “It's a long time since I've worn lederhosen, but I have childhood photos in the classic 'drop fly' lederhosen.
“I feel very comfortable in the Bavarian clothing and am really looking forward to the Oktoberfest visit with our team.”

After scoring against Werder Bremen, Kane was praised by Bayern boss Thomas Tuchel.
He told ESPN: “If you see him finishing in training you know why he finishes in the matches because he does all the time the same.
“It's so clinical, it's so calm. such a lot of composure. The guy is a top guy. He's a top player. He's a fantastic personality and makes players around him better so very happy he's here. Fantastic finish, a good goal.”

Tuchel continued: “It's a big signing and we're very excited to work with him actually because it's huge and it's good for us.”
