Julian Nagelsmann told Kevin Trapp to feign an injury whilst Germany were losing to Austria as fans are saying the thing following their defeat.
Germany, who are the hosts of Euro 2024, played Turkey and Austria in friendly matches during the international break in preparation for next summer's tournament.
And Nagelsmann's side suffered two crushing defeats as they succumbed to Turkey last Friday before losing to Austria last night.

Germany lost 3-2 to Turkey and 2-0 to Austria.
Kai Havertz was deployed at left-back against Turkey, who ran out 3-2 winners. Austria inflicted another defeat on Germany as Leroy Sane was shown a straight red card for a moment of madness.
In their clash against Austria, Nagelsmann told Trapp to go down so he could make a substitution.

The 36-year-old telling his goalkeeper to feign an injury wasn't received well, especially considering they were losing at the time of the incident.

One X user wrote: "Absolute disgrace of what has become of our national team."
A second tweeted: "It’s not about quality it’s about coaching and picking the right formation , the reason why I say so is because the German players are not lesser quality than the Austrians or Japanese it’s bad management and no will."
A third added: "Germans need better coach. LVG would have been much better than Nagelsmann."
Another commented: "No way he’s losing the dressing room after a couple of games man wtf."
Speaking after the result, he said: "We have a lot of work to do. Now it's about accepting the situation. We have to accept there's simply an incredible amount of work ahead of us - in all positions. The coaches have to accept that, the players have to accept it too."

Asked if he is overwhelming the players with his complicated ideas, Nagelsmann replied: "Everyone can have their own opinion, but I say quite clearly: No! The idea is very, very simple. We also get feedback from the team. It’s not complicated."
