Gabby Agbonlahor has labelled Manchester United great Nemanja Vidic as the most overrated centre-back in Premier League history.
Back in 2005, Vidic moved from Russian side Spartak Moscow to Old Trafford in a deal worth a reported fee of £7 million.
Since then, the Serbian developed into one of the finest defenders in Premier League history.

In total, Vidic made 300 appearances for United across all competitions, scoring 21 goals.
The defender also got his hands on five Premier League titles, five FA Community Shields, three League Cups, one each of the Champions League, UEFA Super Cup and FIFA Club World Cup.
In 2014, Vidic left United to join Italian Serie A giants Inter Milan.

Speaking recently on talkSPORT, former Aston Villa and England striker Agbonlahor was asked to name some of the best centre-backs in Premier League history.
Agbonlahor was quick to pick out the likes of Rio Ferdinand, John Terry, Sol Campbell, Ledley King and Vincent Kompany.
However, when asked to name the most overrated centre-back, Agbonlahor was quick to name Vidic.
He said: “I’ve said it before, I didn’t find Vidic hard to play against.

“Whenever he came tight, I’d spin in behind him. I could hold the ball up against him. Other players might say different, but that's my opinion.”
Agbonlahor also took aim at Vidic’s former United teammate Gary Neville.
On a Sky Sports Instagram post that showed Neville taking a penalty, Agbonlahor commented: “Poor player on his day. Just lucky to be at a great club.”

Neville also appeared to disagree with Agbonlahor's comments about Vidic after the Sky Sports pundit retweeted a tweet that read: “So Gabby Agbonlahor has said Vidic is the most overrated defender in PL history and he didn't find it hard to play against him.
“Just a reminder that Agbonlahor played #MUFC 22 times in his career and won once, couldn't have been that easy then.”
